FLEXIBILITY When faced with a challenge, do you tense up and resist or breathe and relax? Safely take poses deeper, using effective breathing and relaxation techniques. The mind/body connection as it relates to the concepts of resistance and surrender is the underlying theme.
BALANCE Explore the wonders of what the human body and mind are capable of achieving with focus and dedication. The challenging balance poses practiced will encourage the mind to shut out external noise and exist purely in the moment.
HEALINGWarriors do get wounded sometimes! Yoga and Pilates exercises can be very effective in preventing and healing injuries, correcting physical imbalances and optimizing performance in other sports and activities.
